- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 0.5 cup Organic Brussels Sprout Pure Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.5 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 0.5 tsp cumin, ground
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more to serve
- Place the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, Brussels Sprout powder and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add in the tahini, cumin, olive oil and water and continue to blend until smooth. Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oi.
