Creamy Kale Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup hemp seeds
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp Organic Kale Pure Powder
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 bunch coriander (leaves and stems)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend. Store in a jar for up to 5 days.
